St Anthony North Hospital is seeking an RN House Supervisor to coordinate and direct safe and efficient patient care across the hospital, serving as a key communication link between the emergency department, patient registration, LIPs, and nursing units.

You will lead direct and indirect care processes, oversee codes and emergency management, and act as an on-call liaison for executives in their absence, bringing strong leadership and ability to manage critical situations hospital-wide.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within two years of hire.
• Two years of clinical RN experience.
• RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable.
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• One year of clinical leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Physically makes rounds on units during their shift and participates in patient care as needed, e.g., starting IVs, patient transport, admissions/discharges.
• Manages clinical aspects of patient transfer, determines patient stability and need for transfer.
• Responds to all STAT calls and inhouse emergency codes.
• Provides support in directing and coordinating Code Blue and RRT in absence of physician; serves as role model for patient care staff in emergencies.
• Collaborates with staffing coordinator, nurse managers, and other leaders to ensure adequate staffing in nursing units.
• Facilitates development of processes and standards to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintains high skill level through ongoing education and meeting attendance.
