Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assumes administrative responsibility for the management of all department service functions on shift.
• Makes rounds to monitor delivery of care and direct patient care activities as needed.
• Directly supervises and supports hospital staff across departments.
• Ensures efficient operations and patient flow throughout the hospital.
• Assists medical staff with scheduling after-hour procedures and standby coverage.
• Ensures appropriate deployment and orientation of temporary agency personnel.
