Dignity Health - St. John's Regional Medical Center is seeking a House Supervisor who will orchestrate patient care and empower our nursing teams to deliver exceptional experiences while driving operational excellence.

You will engage daily with patient care needs, guide nursing growth, and champion departmental objectives. The role demands accountability, strong leadership, and excellent communication during 1:1 interactions with physicians, consultants, and families to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• ADN required.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience with at least one year in leadership.
• RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Other credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and oversees patient care delivery during assigned shifts; monitors hospital operations.
• Assesses and allocates resources; coaches staff as needed and provides input on performance.
• Documents staffing and administrative records; ensures compliance with governmental policies and procedures.
• Delivers nursing care as needed and communicates with patients and families about care goals.
