Job summary

State of Oklahoma is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor for the Claremore Veterans Home. This full-time night shift role oversees nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and directs daily clinical operations at the Claremore facility.

Position requires an Oklahoma RN license (or eNLC recognition) with supervisory nursing experience; bachelor's or master's degrees may apply for advancement. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid permanent Oklahoma RN license or eNLC.
• Three years of professional nursing experience, one year in supervisor role.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with two years of professional nursing experience, one year supervisory.
• Master’s degree with one year of professional nursing supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, motivate and evaluate nursing staff.
• Plan, organize and direct health services for an assigned unit or area.
• Develop and monitor quality improvement indicators for care and services.
• Coordinate budget and resource utilization to ensure on-time patient care.
• Ensure effective staff performance and communication in writing and verbally.
