Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight on assigned shifts. The role coordinates staffing, patient flow, and operations, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance across the unit.

The RN will support nursing staff, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with physicians and leaders to resolve clinical and operational issues while maintaining documentation and shift communications.

Qualifications

• ASN is required.
• RN license in state of practice or Compact license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS is preferred or required per facility policy.
• Acute care nursing experience with charge nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, patient placement, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support nursing staff with clinical decision-making and patient care issues.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Assist with conflict resolution, patient concerns, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and shift communications.
• Promote quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and safe care delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
