Job summary

River Vista Behavioral Health in the Central Valley seeks an experienced RN to join the Leadership Team as House Supervisor. You will ensure coordinated delivery of patient care per standards, supervise nursing staff, and liaise with Intake/Admissions on admissions, discharges, and transfers.

The role demands a California nursing license, CPR/CPI training, and a minimum of 3 years in a psychiatric healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing; Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Currently licensed to practice by the California State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification and CPI training; CPI training may be obtained during new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all staff members deliver care in accordance with the Standards of Care and Practice.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care during shifts.
• Collaborate with Intake and Admissions regarding patient admissions, discharges and transfers.
