Origin Travel Nurses seeks an RN House Supervisor for ICU to lead nursing staff and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams. The role requires 4+ years in RN House Supervisory and ICU supervision, with ACLS/BLS certification and a Texas (or multi-state) license.

Job Description

The RN House Supervisor for the ICU plays a critical role in promoting and restoring patient health through effective management and planning. This position includes directing and developing nursing staff as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement day-to-day management and long-term planning of patient care.
• Provide physical and psychological support for patients, families, and friends.

• Ensure adherence to nursing operational standards and financial guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 4 years of recent RN House Supervisory and ICU Supervisory hospital experience.
• Experience leading emergency events such as Code Blue and rapid responses.
• Must have Texas RN or multi-state license.
• Candidates may need to float between RN House Supervisor and ICU RN depending on facility census.
