Endeavor Health is seeking an RN House Operations Administrator (HOA) to serve as the highest level clinical and operational leader on duty during night shifts at Elmhurst Hospital. The HOA provides hospital-wide oversight of clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response, exercising independent judgment when senior leadership is not on site.

The role requires a registered nurse with Illinois licensure, BLS, ACLS, and 3+ years of progressive nursing experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required or equivalent.
• RN license in Illinois (IDFPR) required.
• 3+ years of progressive nursing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• 1 year of experience in critical care/high-acuity settings preferred.
• BLS CPR/AED required; ACLS required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Acts as house-wide supervisory clinical and operational authority during shifts.
• Directs real-time shift-based clinical activity and patient flow management.
• Oversees staffing deployment and resource allocation to ensure safety and continuity of care.
• Provides coaching and performance feedback to bedside staff.
• Escalates issues to leadership and documents critical events and outcomes.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
