Job summary

Endeavor Health in Illinois seeks an RN House Operations Administrator (HOA) for Elmhurst Hospital on a per diem night shift from 7pm to 7am. The HOA is the on-site clinical and operational leader during shifts without senior leadership, ensuring hospital-wide oversight of patient flow, staffing, safety and emergency response.

You will supervise Charge Nurses and Resource Team, direct real-time operations, allocate resources, and coordinate with departments.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• MSN or MHA preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive nursing experience with leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Exercises independent judgment as house-wide supervisory clinical and operational authority during shifts.
• Directs real-time shift-based clinical activity including patient flow and staffing deployment.
• Manages staffing and resource allocation across units in real time.
• Leads emergency response and ensures regulatory compliance and safety.
