NorthShore University HealthSystem seeks an RN House Operations Administrator (HOA) to lead hospital operations during off-hours and shifts when senior leadership is unavailable. You will oversee patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response, making real-time decisions to ensure continuous, high-quality care across units.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's in Nursing preferred or
• Master's in Health Administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervision and leadership: acts as house-wide supervisory clinical and operational authority during assigned shifts.
• Directs real-time shift-based clinical and operational activity including patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Maintains situational awareness of capacity, acuity and resources; escalates to leadership as needed.
• Provides guidance and coaching to Charge Nurses and frontline staff to ensure safe operations.
• Performs safety rounds, monitors compliance with standards and policies.
• Leads emergency response and safety initiatives across the hospital.
