The HOA collaborates with supervision, HR, and department leaders to address performance and escalation needs while maintaining high-quality patient care across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and staff development experience.
• RN licensure in Illinois.
• ACLS/BLS certifications typical for role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-wide clinical and operational leadership during shifts.
