Job summary

Kline Galland Hospice in Seattle, WA is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN Triage Float to join an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic, rewarding role. The position is full-time and based at our South Seattle (Georgetown) office.

A generous $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires. Responsibilities include case management and triage, PRN visit support and urgent admissions, quality and compliance activities, after-hours care and phone triage backup, chart audits, and flu/COVID tracking.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (hospice/home health preferred).
• Current RN license in Washington State.
• CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle.
• If MSL, complete Suicide Prevention Training in advance of hire per state regulations and Washington State Board of Nursing (WABON) MSL demographic survey.
