Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited school.
• Current RN license.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance and a dependable vehicle.
• Prior hospice, oncology, or home health experience is a plus; passion for hospice matters.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment and care planning with patient and family.
• Coordinate education, resources, delegation, pain and symptom management, and skilled medical interventions.
• Work closely with patient and caregiving team to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care at this pivotal time.
