Kline Galland Hospice in Seattle, WA is hiring a Hospice RN Triage Float. You will provide case management and triage support, participate in after-hours care and urgent admissions, and support quality and compliance initiatives.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and an active WA RN license. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health insurance, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (community/home health/hospice preferred).
• Current RN license in Washington State.
• CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and clinical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
