Base pay range

$37.80/hr - $51.00/hr

Position Overview

The Outpatient Hospice team is seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join. Responsibilities include direct patient care, case management of hospice patients in outpatient settings, ensuring quality end-of-life care, coordinating care through a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate documentation. The RN Case Manager communicates with team members and supports patient advocacy. Precepting newly hired nurses is also part of the role.
