Works under the supervision of the Administrative Director or Clinical Manager of the assigned area, responsible for organizing the patient care plan, providing education, and eliminating barriers to treatment. A Brief Overview

Works under supervision, responsible for organizing patient care, education, and barrier elimination, including scheduling, insurance, diagnostics, and follow-up. Models MLH values.

What you will do

• Manage staff nurses within outpatient divisions.
• Coordinate medical care with staff RNs.
• Evaluate and develop MLH operations, policies, and projects for assigned programs or clinics.
• Promote patient and family-centered care and effective communication.
• Ensure continuity of care with multidisciplinary teams.

Education/Formal Training Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN)

Work Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years in clinical healthcare (acute or hospital)
• Pediatric experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association
• RN license in Tennessee, Arkansas, or Mississippi

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in computer operations and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Understanding of research principles.

Supervision Provided

• Supervises clinical and support staff.

Physical Demands

• Activities include climbing, standing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motions.
• Must have good balance and coordination.
• Physical exertion up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
• Requires close visual acuity for data analysis and reading.
