Qualifications

• RN with current license and strong leadership experience in hospice care, home health, or clinical operations management.
• Experience directing interdisciplinary teams and ensuring regulatory compliance in a hospice setting.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, quality improvement, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for a mid-sized hospice program with clinical quality and census growth.
• Oversees day-to-day operations, finance, HR, and office operations.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting/licensing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Leads staff development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manages contracts and outside vendors, and maintains documentation accuracy.

Education

Registered Nurse with associate’s degree in nursing required

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing

Master’s degree in business, nursing or related field preferred
