Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services to lead a dedicated clinical team in delivering patient-centered hospice care.

You will shape strategic care plans, mentor future leaders, and promote a culture of excellence and empathy to ensure comfort, dignity, and high-quality care when it matters most. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• 2+ years hospice or home health clinical experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care and staff assignment.
• Provide real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving.
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts.
