St. Croix Hospice in Wichita, KS seeks a Manager of Clinical Services to lead a compassionate interdisciplinary team and ensure patient-centered care across the hospice program. You’ll mentor clinicians, shape strategic care plans, and champion a culture of excellence and empathy.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active license in the state of practice.
• 2+ years hospice or home health clinical experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Oversee coordination of patient care and staff to cases

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinical team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Shape strategic care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Mentor future leaders and provide clinical guidance.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
