• BLS certification and commitment to quality, safety, end-of-life care.

Chicago Healthcare Recruiting Specialists is seeking an experienced RN Hospice Clinical Manager to guide exceptional end-of-life care in Saint Louis, Missouri. This in-person leadership opportunity is ideal for a compassionate registered nurse who wants to combine clinical expertise, team leadership, care coordination, and patient advocacy. As a Hospice Nurse Manager, Clinical Nurse Manager, or Palliative Care RN Leader, you will help create comfort, dignity, and confidence for patients and families during one of life’s most important journeys.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee patient assessments, individualized care plans, clinical interventions, medication administration, and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, social workers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate compassionate hospice and palliative care services.
• Use sound clinical judgment to address changing patient needs, manage complex symptoms, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Coach nurses and clinical team members through education, performance support, and best practices in skilled nursing and patient care.
• Monitor clinical operations, care outcomes, and compliance while helping families feel informed, respected, and supported.

What You Will Bring:

• You bring active Registered Nurse credentials and a strong foundation in patient assessment, care planning, vital signs, and clinical interventions.
• You have nursing education and experience that prepares you to lead teams in hospice, home health, acute care, medical surgical, telemetry, or skilled nursing settings.
• You communicate with empathy and professionalism when supporting patients, families, clinicians, and interdisciplinary care partners.
• You demonstrate confidence with medication administration, IV therapy, clinical documentation, and prioritizing complex patient needs.
• You maintain Basic Life Support certification and a commitment to quality, safety, and compassionate end-of-life care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and previous supervisory, charge nurse, case management, or clinical leadership experience are valued.
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, trauma, post-anesthesia care, dialysis, labor and delivery, or neonatal care can provide valuable clinical perspective.
• Knowledge of NIH Stroke Scale, Trauma Nursing Core Course, or other specialty certifications is welcome.

Compensation and Benefits:

This RN Hospice Clinical Manager position offers an annual salary of $90,000 to $100,000, based on qualifications and experience. Eligible benefits include health insurance, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
