Job summary

Interim HealthCare RMC is seeking a Hospice Administrator to lead a branch, oversee all patient services, and ensure compliant operations. You will manage clinical, financial, and market development activities while maintaining a positive team environment and superior client care.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in nursing/health care/business, an RN license, and solid experience in healthcare administration and hospice leadership.

Qualifications

• A college degree, preferably in nursing, health care or business.
• RN license.
• Training and experience in healthcare administration.
• Minimum of one year of management/leadership experience in related health care industry, preferably hospice.
• Minimum of three years in hospice.
• Experience working with financial statements and being responsible for the profitability of a business unit.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all aspects of the branch's operations, including clinical compliance, market development, and financial results
• Create an office environment that maintains a positive morale, conducive to the attainment of personal and business goals
• Ensure overall compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare
• Develop strategic plans for the business development and growth of the operating office
