AdvisaCare is seeking an RN Hospice Administrator to lead and shape our Hospice Division. You will provide clinical, operational, and strategic guidance while supporting multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.

As a proven leader you will drive growth, foster accountability and collaboration, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor leaders to sustain long-term success within a rapidly expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years hospice experience.
• Experience overseeing or managing multiple offices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Adaptability in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division
• Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
