Qualifications

• RN with hospice experience and leadership capability.
• Strong experience in operations and budgeting.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning and budgeting for hospice services.

• Manage conflicts and resolutions, and ensure clear communication channels.
• Ensure staffing adequacy and ongoing staff development.
