Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN License.
• Strong experience in operations and budgeting.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Operational planning and budgeting.
• Ensuring organizational compliance with legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Maintains high standards of ethical conduct and patient care practices.
• Monitors business operations to ensure financial stability.
• Evaluates hospice services and personnel using measurable outcomes and objectives.
• Manages conflicts and resolves complaints.
• Ensures effective communication channels including technology integration where applicable.
• Keeps hospice personnel current with clinical information and practices.
• Ensures adequate and appropriate staffing.
• Staff development including orientation, in-service, continuing education, competency testing and quality assessment/PI.
