Anew Hospice Fort Wayne is seeking a qualified Hospice Administrator. The role leads overall hospice services, hires qualified personnel, and ensures care standards meet federal and state guidelines.

The administrator oversees budgeting, compliance, and interdepartmental coordination to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in Indiana. This on-site leadership position emphasizes staffing, performance improvement, and integration of technology to enhance patient outcomes while maintaining

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN License.
• Strong experience in operations and budgeting.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Hospice Administrator

Candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and must have hospice experience.

The Hospice Administrator is responsible for the overall direction of Anew's hospice services. Other responsibilities include:

• the employment of qualified hospice personnel


• the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations


• establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines

The Hospice Administrator establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.

Job Requirements:
