Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• BSN preferred.
• 3–5 years healthcare management experience.
• 2+ years hospice/home care experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
