Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for adult patients in patients' homes in Crown City, OH. The role supports full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with night shifts (9pm–7am) available.

Shifts run Wednesday–Saturday with flexible scheduling. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and weekly paychecks, plus awards and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of practice (OH).
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsabilités

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
