Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Belpre, OH to care for an adult patient in their home. Part-time and PRN positions are available for night shifts.

You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, provide skilled nursing services per orders, monitor changes, and document data and diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Nursing care experience preferred.
• Home health care exposure a plus.
• Ability to assess and document patient conditions.

• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
