Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home pediatric care in Pickerington, OH. This opportunity supports full-time, part-time, and PRN roles for DAY SHIFTS, with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

The RN will implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with families and the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective home-based care. Qualifications include an active Ohio RN license, TB test or chest X-ray, and a current BLS card.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an RN in the state where practice will occur.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs/symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses from data collected with healthcare team.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
