Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home pediatric care in Vincent and Lowell, Ohio. Part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and monitoring patient status with proper documentation.

Formación

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray clearance.
• Current BLS card.

• Provide skilled nursing care on assignment per orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms; document nursing diagnoses.

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Vincent Shifts Available

Days: Saturday 10am-6pm **flexible

Lowell Shifts Available

Days: Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

Nights: Friday - Sunday 9pm-5am

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
