Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide pediatric home nursing in Guysville, OH. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options exist with DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and documenting patient data and changes in condition. Must hold an RN license and current TB or Chest X-ray and BLS.

Qualifications

• Experience applying the nursing process to assess and plan patient care.
• Ability to collect and interpret patient data and document nursing diagnoses.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
