Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric patients in patients' homes in South Point and Ironton, OH. Positions include Full-time, Part-time, and PRN with Day and Night shifts.

RNs provide skilled nursing care per orders, perform comprehensive assessments, and document data. Eligible candidates must hold an active RN license in Ohio, with TB screening and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the practicing state.
• TB test or chest X-ray valid for healthcare work.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

South Point Shifts Available

• Days: Tuesday, Saturday 9am-5pm
• Nights: Tuesday - Thursday 9pm-9am *flexible*

Ironton Shifts Available

• Days: Thursday, Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities
