Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Point, OH and Ironton, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS!

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders; monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes; and document data and nursing diagnoses for each assignment.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where you practice.
• TB test or chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Days: Saturday 9am-5pm

Nights: Tuesday - Thursday 9pm-9am *flexible*

Ironton Shifts Available

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities
