Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for adult patients in home settings in South Bloomingville, OH. Roles include full-time, part-time and PRN options with DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS.

The RN will perform nursing assessments, implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and document findings in coordination with the care team. Must hold an active OH RN license and BLS.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where practice is required.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document diagnoses.

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Bloomingville, OH to work with adult patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS!

Shifts Available:

Days: Sunday 9am-5pm, Friday 7am-3pm

Nights: Thursday 6pm-2am
