Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Lancaster, OH to work with adult and pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS!

The RN will perform nursing duties across multiple home health assignments, delivering care under prescribed orders and documenting patient data. Compelling benefits and flexible scheduling accompany competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in the state where practice is licensed.
• TB test or Chest X-ray results required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

• Client A: Wednesday Day | 7am-5pm | Adult
• Client B: Wednesday, Saturday Nights | 11pm-7:30am | Pediatric
• Client C: Sunday - Saturday Days | 8am-4pm | Pediatric

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
