Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Lancaster, OH is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for adult and pediatric patients. Roles include day, night, full-time, part-time and PRN options across multiple client assignments.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process, with emphasis on safety, monitoring, and documentation. Eligible for benefits and weekly paychecks in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Lancaster, OH to work with adult and pediatric patients in their homes!

Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS!

Shifts Available:

• Client A: Wednesday Day | 7am-5pm | Adult
• Client B: Wednesday, Saturday Nights | 11pm-7:30am | Pediatric
• Client C: Sunday - Saturday Days | 8am-4pm | Pediatric
