Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for adult patients in South Bloomingville, OH. Roles include full-time, part-time and PRN with DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS available.

On each assignment, nurses will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. The position offers competitive pay with weekly paychecks and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Shifts Available

Days: Sunday 9am-5pm, Friday 7am-3pm

Nights: Thursday 6pm-2am
