Maxim Healthcare in Fairview Heights is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own home located in Troy, Illinois.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3:30p-8:30p
• Friday: 3:30p-9:30p
• Saturday: 12p-8p
• Sunday: 1p-6p
• Accepting Part-Time or Full-Time!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services for clients receiving contracted care.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care based on patient needs and prescriber input.
• Apply therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document outcomes.
• Review care plans and protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.
