Maxim Healthcare in (insert location) is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric Patients in the Home and School Setting:

Salary: $38 - $42 per hour

Patient Details: 5-year-old female

Location: Aurora

Acuity: G-tube, Trach

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm (School hours 7:15 am - 11:00 am)

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services
• Initiate and revise care plans as needed based on patient status and prescriber instructions
• Implement therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals
• Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians or supervisors
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor, and document effectiveness
• Review care plans and protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS certification
• One year RN experience preferred
