Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Albany is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with Pediatric patients in their own homes. Full Time, Part Time, PRN positions available.

Hourly Pay: $32 - $36 / per hour. Maxim offers competitive pay with weekly paychecks, health/dental/vision/Life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, recognition programs, a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus, and a $2,000 Referral Bonus per nurse referred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
