Pinnacle Home Care in Florida is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role delivering in-home care. You’ll design and implement patient-specific care plans, assess health status, and coordinate with physicians to support recovery and quality of life.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS, at least one year of home health or acute care experience, a driving license with reliable vehicle, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Active RN license (state-specific).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in home health or a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
• Solid nursing principles knowledge and home health documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible.
• Ability to perform physical assessments and care techniques.
• Willingness to participate in QAIP and patient rights adherence.
