Job summary

Kline Galland Benaroya Services Home Health in Seattle is seeking a Registered Nurse to support our Home Health team in admissions and float capacity. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop plans of care, and manage start-of-care activities in home settings including private residences and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications

• Home Health experience strongly preferred.
• Active WA RN license or Multistate RN license (Washington required Suicide Prevention Training and Health Equity Training).
• OASIS experience.
• 1 year experience working in Admissions.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and dependable vehicle.
• Computer skills for charting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive patient assessment.
• Develop the care plan in collaboration with the patient and their family.
• Admission responsibilities include start-of-care assessments, providing patient education, coordinating care, communicating with providers, developing care plans, and delivering skilled nursing care in the home.
• Expand and develop OASIS knowledge/expertise.
