Job summary

Kline Galland in Seattle, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse to support our Home Health team in admissions and float capacity. This Per Diem role offers hourly pay ranging from $45.00 to $65.00 and requires an active WA RN license with preferred OASIS experience.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, developing the care plan with the patient and family, coordinating admissions tasks (education, resources, and physician communication), and expanding OASIS knowledge.

Qualifications

• WA RN license is required.
• Home Health experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with admissions and care planning.
• Proficient computer skills for charting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive patient assessment.
• Develop the care plan in collaboration with the patient and their family.
• Complete admissions tasks including education, coordinating resources, and communicating with physicians.
• Support OASIS knowledge and data collection.
