Job summary

Kline Galland Benaroya Services Home Health in Seattle is seeking a Registered Nurse to support our Home Health team in admissions and float capacity. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop plans of care, and manage start-of-care activities in home settings including private residences and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications

• Home Health experience strongly preferred.
• Active WA RN license or Multistate RN license (Washington required Suicide Prevention Training and Health Equity Training).
• OASIS experience.
• 1 year experience working in Admissions.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and dependable vehicle.
• Computer skills for charting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive patient assessment.
• Develop the care plan in collaboration with the patient and their family.

Shift: 32-40 hours a week

Our service area covers King County. In this rewarding position, the Registered Nurse works collaboratively with other Home Health team members to admit patients to service and develop a comprehensive plan of care that meets the needs of patients and their families. Care settings include seeing patients in their private residences, adult family homes, and assisted and independent living facilities.

Some responsibilities include:
