Kline Galland Home Health is actively hiring a full-time RN Registered Nurse in Seattle, WA. The role includes evaluating patients, developing care plans, and providing comprehensive nursing care in the home setting.

A $10,000 signing bonus is offered and on-call duties are included with weekend compensation. Candidates must hold a WA RN license, have home health experience or be trainable, and possess a reliable vehicle and insurance.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Washington state.
• Recent home health experience preferred; training available for strong candidates with 1+ year RN experience.
• Must have reliable car with current insurance and driver's license.

Mansioni

• Evaluate patient and home health environment to determine required services and complete OASIS documentation.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans with patient/caregivers.
• Utilize nursing skills including wound care, catheter care, education on disease processes and medications.
• On-call weekend rotation with after-hours triage and compensations.
