Lancesoft is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in the Greater Seattle and Bellevue, WA area. This is a full-time permanent role with a pay rate of $50.00 to $62.05 per hour, DOE.

WA RN license and valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle required; ability to travel to patients' homes across the King County service area. The service area includes Kenmore, Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, and Redmond, with mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Pay Rate: $50.00 – $62.05/hour (DOE)

Service Area: Kenmore, Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, and Redmond, WA

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State RN license required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required.
• Ability to travel between patients' homes throughout the assigned King County service area.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with OASIS assessments, documentation, and care planning preferred.
