The Pennant Group is seeking a Weekend Start-of-Care Admissions RN for Alpha Home Health in Everett, WA. This PRN/home health role focuses on initial assessments, OASIS documentation, and establishing the Plan of Care for patients in the community.

The position offers flexible scheduling, weekend opportunities, and a supportive team culture with opportunities for growth. A WA RN license and BLS are required, with at least 1 year in home health preferred.

Qualifications

• Current WA RN license.
• At least 1 year experience in Home Health as an RN.
• Working knowledge of OASIS and relevant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekend Start-of-Care admissions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation.
• Establish the initial Plan of Care and educate patients/families.
