Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Skilled Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract to provide patient care in a home health setting, including infusions, wound care, and chronic disease management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health and skilled nursing care.

The role requires an active FL RN license (or compact state), OASIS training, and BCLS certification, plus a valid driver’s license for home visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year infusion and skilled home care experience.
• OASIS training and experience required.
• RN license valid in Florida or compact state at time of application.
• BCLS certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home visits.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption is required.
• Influenza vaccination or declination with mandatory mask-wearing.

• Conduct cardiopulmonary assessments and document clinical findings.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies.
• Perform wound care, including wound vacs and dressing changes.
• Change and care for Foley catheters and manage staple/suture removal.
• Administer SQ/IM injections and perform lab draws by venipuncture.
• Assist with high-risk diagnoses including heart failure, COPD, MI, pneumonia, and stroke.
• Deliver post-operative care and manage patient follow-ups.

Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) with varying hours based on home care office needs.
