Job summary

Castleton Home Care LLC. is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse to lead and supervise our caregiver team in the North Atlanta area, ensuring high-quality care and support for seniors.

You will use your RN expertise to oversee care plans, assess health needs, and provide direct personal care as needed, while guiding and coaching caregivers and collaborating with the administrator and staff.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Georgia RN license.
• Experience in home care or similar settings.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct personal care and companionship to clients.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of care delivered by the caregiver team.
• Assist in development and review of care plans and health assessments.
• Supervise the provision of personal care tasks for medically frail clients.
• Oversee internal training and staff orientation programs.
• Collaborate with the administrator and other staff to meet health needs.
• Provide support or coaching to caregivers.
