Job summary

Priority Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform home care supervisory visits and care plan oversight in the Cobb/Douglas/Metro Atlanta area. The role offers PRN/Part-Time hours to start, with growth potential into an RN Manager position as the agency expands.

Responsibilities include client care plan visits, caregiver training sign-offs, and clinical oversight. Active GA RN license, CPR, and ability to travel to client homes are required.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license in good standing.
• Experience in home care, hospice, home health, geriatrics, or private duty care preferred.
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, caregivers, and leadership.
• Able to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
• Organized, dependable, and professional.
• Interested in growing with a small expanding home care company.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial client care plan/service plan visits as needed.
• Conduct supervisory home visits for personal care clients.
• Review client needs, safety risks, and caregiver task assignments.
• Update care plans based on client condition and feedback.
• Observe and document caregiver performance during supervisory visits.
• Provide guidance on safe, client-centered care.
• Communicate changes to agency leadership; support documentation.
